September 3, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2209-99 SUBJECT : Philippine Trust Company Philippine Trust Company ("PTC") furnished the Exchange a copy of its SEC Form 34-C (Information Statement) in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on September 22, 1999 , at 4:00 p.m., at the Philtrust Bank Building, United Nations Avenue corner San Marcelino Street, Manila. Stockholders of record as of August 31, 1999 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, said meeting.
