Palma Gil consummated its sale of Century Holding's 100% shareholding interest in Century Bank to First Banks, Inc. of Missouri. The sale of stocks included the sale of Century Bank's interest in two non-banking subsidiaries, Century Data Pro and COB Real Estate Investment Corporation. (SGD.) RODERICK R. C.
