September 22, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2192-98 September 21, 1998 Philippine Stock Exchange PSE Center, Exchange Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City Attention: Disclosure Department Listing and Disclosure Group Gentlemen : Pursuant to the disclosure requirements of the Philippine Stock Exchange, we disclose that in its resolution dated September 7, 1998, the Supreme Court denied for lack of merit the motion for reconsideration filed by the Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG) of the earlier decision of the court lifting the sequestration of the shares of stocks of Prime Holdings, Inc. in Philippine Telecommunications Investments Corporation.
