January 31, 2000 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 219-00 SUBJECT : Centennial City, Inc . Centennial City, Inc. ("CITY") informed the Exchange that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved on January 26, 2000, its Amended Articles of Incorporation, particularly the amendment to Article I reflecting the change in its corporate name to Cyber Bay Corporation . LexLib CITY further advised that the company ". . . is in the process of redesigning its Stock Certificates to reflect the new corporate name. While changes are being made, the Stock and Transfer Agent is advised to continue issuing the Centennial City Inc. certificates which will be stamped with "Cyber Bay Corporation", until the new certificates are printed and released. Holders of Centennial City Inc. certificates would not be required to surrender the same as these will still be honored. . . ." In view thereof, the change in name of the company to Cyber Bay Corporation and its stock trading symbol to "CYBR" will be reflected in the Exchange's computer system (electronic board and ticker) on Wednesday, February 2, 2000.
