September 1, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2189-99 SUBJECT : Globe Telecom, Inc . Globe Telecom, Inc. ("GLO") informed the Exchange that the company received yesterday the resolution dated 31 August 1999, of the Thirteenth Division of the Court of Appeals in CA G.R. No. SP54262 "Globe Telecom, Inc. v. National Telecommunications Commission, et. al," restraining the NTC from implementing its Order dated 19 July 1999 in NTC Case No. 99-047 ordering the immediate interconnection of the short message services of GLO and Smart.
