Ong Vice-President Listings and Disclosure Group Gentlemen, Please be informed that as disclosed to you earlier, the Board of Directors approved in its meeting held today the declaration of cash dividends in the amount of P0.037 per share equivalent to a total amount of P72,941,088.20 to be taken out of the Corporation's unrestricted retained earnings as of 30 June 1998 and to be distributed to all shareholders of record as of 1 October 1998.
