Further to Circular for Brokers No. 2013-99 dated August 12, 1999, pertaining to the share exchange involving the transfer to Wellex Industries, Inc. ("WIN") of 30,543,847 shares in Plastic City Industrial Corporation (PCIC) in exchange for 2,530,252,285 shares in WIN, the company furnished the Exchange a copy of PCIC's Audited Financial Statements as of December 31, 1998.
