September 1, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2181-99 SUBJECT : Reynolds Philippines Corporation Reynolds Philippines Corporation ("RPC") informed the Exchange that Mr. Hideaki Seki of Marubeni Corporation resigned as a member of the company's Board of Directors effective 1 September 1999.
