August 31, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2172-99 DAILY DRILLING BULLETIN 31 AUGUST 1999 SULTAN SA BARONGIS-I WELL (COTABATO BASIN) PNOC-Exploration Corporation has completed its 'testing operations and is currently preparing for rig move to SSB-2 well which is 2.5 km NW of SSB-1.
