August 31, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2162-99 SUBJECT : Ever Gotesco Resources and Holdings, Inc . Ever Gotesco Resources and Holdings, Inc. ("EVER") furnished the Exchange a copy of its Amended SEC Form 11-Q (Quarterly Report) for the quarter ended March 31, 1999, with the following amendments: 1) Breakdown of Accounts Payable and major captions of Current Assets, Current Liabilities and Stockholders' Equity are shown on a separate schedule accompanying the Amended SEC Form 11-Q; 2) Discussion on the impact of the foreclosure of the proposed Ever Laguna Plaza on the current or future operations were included under the Management Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operation.
