(LND), entered into a Land Investment Trust Agreement with Mr. Jose J. Soriano et. al. for the development into a medium-cost residential subdivision of several parcels of land, with an aggregate area of 13.9318 hectares, more or less, located in the vicinity at Barangay Latag, Lipa City, Batangas.
