Ever-Gotesco Resources and Holdings, Inc. 2. Gotesco Land, Inc. 3. Marsteel Consolidated, Inc. The Exchange, upon recommendation of the Listing Committee and approval by the Board of Governors, shall consider implementing a trading halt on the shares of the aforementioned listed companies pending compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange. llcd For your information.
