("ALI") through the Australian subsidiary of ALI's 50%-owned, Ayala International Property PTE Ltd., has effected the sale of its interest in Tattersalls Building Sydney, Australia. Tattersalls Building, a prime office building located in the Sydney central business district, was held for a period of 18 months prior to its sale.
