Ong Vice President Gentlemen : Please be advised that Ayala Corporation ("AC") through the Australian subsidiary of AC's 50% owned, Ayala International Property PTE Ltd., has effected the sale of its interest in Tattersalls Building in Sydney, Australia. Tattersalls Building, a prime office building located in the Sydney central business district, was held for a period of 18 months prior to its sale.
