Further to Circular for Brokers No. 2105-99 dated August 24, 1999 pertaining to Abacus Consolidated Resources and Holdings, Inc.'s ("ABA") negotiation for the purchase of the 15% shareholdings of Kuok Philippine Properties, Inc. (Kuok) in Pacific Online Systems Corporation (Pacific), as well as ABA's plan to negotiate the purchase of the shareholdings of Belle Corporation and Tanjong in Pacific, ABA furnished the Exchange a copy of the Company Profile and the Financial Statements of Pacific as of December 31, 1998.
