August 26, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2134-99 SUBJECT : Prudential Bank Further to Circular for Brokers No. 2089-99 dated August 23, 1999 pertaining to Prudential Bank's ("PB") Board of Directors' approval of the declaration of a property dividend to stockholders of record as of September 22, 1999, wherein stockholders owning one (1) common share shall be entitled to 11.74 Class A shares and 11.74 Class B shares of Pilipinas Bank preferred stocks, PB furnished the Exchange a copy of the Financial Statements of Pilipinas Bank and its subsidiary, Pilipinas Savings Bank, Inc. as of December 31, 1998.
