("RRI"), a Philippine Corporation, is a local joint venture company formed by Blue Circle Philippines, Inc. with certain local Filipino Investors. As reported in the news article, it acquired the 13.15% equity interest previously held by Calumboyan Properties, Inc. ("CPI") by way of special block sale executed on January 26, 2000. Based on Company records, prior to the said acquisition, RRI holds a 4.52% equity interest in the Company.
