Almadro Vice President-Compliance And Surveillance Group Gentlemen : In accordance with the disclosure requirements of the Exchange, please be informed that at the special meeting of the Board of Directors of Manila Jockey Club, Inc. held this evening, the following matters were approved by the Board: 1. Transfer of the racetrack in San Lazaro, Manila to a suitable site anywhere in Bulacan, Rizal or Cavite; 2. Development of the present racetrack in San Lazaro, Manila into a mix-use real estate development project. The Board unanimously approved the above matters in order to improve and enhance the profitability of the company. May we state that horse racing will continue as the development of the San Lazaro racetrack into a mix-use real estate development project shall commence only after a substitute racetrack shall have been constructed or made available. dctai Very truly yours, (SGD.)
