Luisa Buenaventura Gentlemen : Please be informed that in the annual stockholders' meeting of Dizon Copper-Silver Mines, Inc. held today at the Club Filipino the following persons were elected to the Board of Directors of the corporation: 1. Rafael J. Dizon, Jr. 2. Teresita D. Dizon 3. Juvencio D. Dizon 4. Msgr. Federico O. Escaler 5. Tomas D. Dizon 6. Danilo D. Feliciano 7. Frederick D. Matsuda 8. Joel D. Matsuda 9. Raymond Richard T. Dizon Finally, an amendment to the secondary purpose of the corporation was passed and approved by 2/3 of the stockholders present either in person or by proxy.
