De Guia, We would like to inform you that we have signed an agreement with Message One International Corporation (Message One) for the purchase of nineteen percent (19%) interest in the company. We likewise signed a franchising agreement with Message One which will allow EasyCall to offer Message One's various messaging services in Metro Manila. Message One's system allows any individual, who may or may not have telephone, fax facilities and computer facilities, to receive fax, voice and e-mail messages at reasonable prices. There are now sixteen (16) franchises in the Philippines and in the United States, which will allow a Message One subscriber to receive messages from friends and associates from these sites at reasonable prices. The services can be offered with an alert to the pager or a subscriber can simply dial a number to retrieve the messages. This move is in line with the Company's direction to transform EasyCall to a complete messaging entity, which will include its core paging business and the new call center business.
