August 25, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2117-99 SUBJECT : Music Corporation Music Corporation ("MUSX") informed the Exchange that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved on July 29, 1999 the company's request for exemption from the listing requirements of the warrants whose underlying shares are unlisted shares of Music.com. Furthermore, the SEC approved on July 14, 1999 its Amended Articles of Incorporation, particularly the amendment to Article II reflecting the change in its primary purpose, to enable the company "To invest, directly or indirectly, in companies or activities which are engaged in the technology industry including networking, telecommunications and the internet."
