August 25, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2116-99 SUBJECT : Manila Jockey Club Manila Jockey Club ("MJC") furnished the Exchange a copy of its amended SEC Form 11-A/Annual Report for the fiscal year ended December 31, 1998 amending the Market for Registrant's Common Equity and Related Stockholder Matters, Management Discussion and Analysis or Plan of Operations, and the Supplementary Schedules Required by SEC as at December 31, 1998.
