In your fax-letter, you sought clarification/verification of said news article covering Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines, Inc. (Pepsi) and any information which our office may have of said news report. LLjur Please be informed that the Company has not met with San Miguel Corp. Chairman Eduardo Cojuangco, Jr. nor with Philippine Airlines' Chairman Lucio Tan. However, we confirm that the Company has made presentations to institutional investors covering a minority stake in Pepsi, to beef up its capital.
