("Mediaquest"), a subsidiary of the PLDT Beneficial Trust Fund, of the capital stock and certain convertible loans of Unilink Communications Corporation ("Unilink"), Philippine Long Distance Telephone Co. ("TEL"), through its subsidiary PLDT Beneficial Trust Fund, furnished the Exchange a copy of the following documents: 1. Stock Purchase Agreement dated June 30, 1999 between the seller named therein and Mediaquest; 2. Note Purchase and Assignment Agreement dated June 30, 1999 between Mediaquest and A. Soriano Corporation; and 3. Counterpart copy of the Note Purchase and Assignment Agreement dated as of June 30, 1999 between Mediaquest and Falcon International Communications L.P.
