August 24, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2105-99 SUBJECT : Abacus Consolidated Resources & Holdings, Inc . Abacus Consolidated Resources & Holdings, Inc. ("ABA") informed the Exchange that it is negotiating for the purchase of the 15% shareholdings of Kuok Philippine Properties, Inc. (Kuok) in Pacific Online Systems Corporation (Pacific) in the same way as ABA is interested to negotiate the purchase of the shareholdings of Belle Corporation and Tanjong in said Pacific so as to consolidate in ABA the ownership of Pacific.
