Preferred Shares Gentlemen : Please be informed that as of even date, RFM Corporation has exercised its right to convert 150,792,636 Selecta Preferred Shares which were issued to the Company in connection with Selecta's acquisition of the RFM's Milk and Juice Division. The said Preferred shares are convertible into Common shares at a ratio of one (1) Preferred to two (2) Common or a total of 301,585,272 Common shares as provided for in the terms and conditions of the Preferred share issuance.
