Additional Listing The Exchange approved on August 11, 1999, the application submitted by NEGROS NAVIGATION COMPANY, INC. to list additional 900,000,000 common shares, with a par value of P1.00 per share, to cover the private placement of Metro Pacific Corporation at a subscription price of p1.00 per share.
