De Guia Assistant Manager, Disclosure Department Gentlemen : This refers to today's Business World news article entitled "Metrobank keen on buying iBank" which, among others, reports that Metrobank wants Philrealty's holdings in iBank as payment for our debts. While it is true that we are negotiating for a debt-for-property swap with Metrobank, what we have offered as payment is land.
