September 7, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2081-98 SUBJECT : Sime Darby Pilipinas, Inc . Sime Darby Pilipinas, Inc. ("SDP") informed the Exchange through SEC Form 11-C dated September 3, 1998, that Ms. Concepcion Q. Anloague tendered her resignation as Vice-President for Finance and Treasurer effective September 15, 1998. Ms. Ira F. Cascon, the company's Assistant Corporate Secretary, has been designated by management to take her place. SDP likewise informed the Exchange through SEC Form 11-C dated September 7, 1998 that Ms. Concepcion Q. Anloague tendered her resignation as member of the Board of Directors. For your information.
