September 7, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2077-98 SUBJECT : Cebu Shipyard and Engineering Works, Inc . Cebu Shipyard and Engineering Works, Inc. ("CSE") informed the Exchange, in a letter dated September 3, 1998, that the Securities and Exchange Commission approved on September 1, 1998 its Amended Articles of Incorporation, particularly the amendment to Article VII, reflecting the declassification of CSE shares.
