September 7, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2076-98 SUBJECT : F & J Prince Holdings Corporation F & J Prince Holdings Corporation ("FJP") furnished the Exchange on September 4, 1998 its Amended Quarterly Report under SEC Form 11-Q ending March 31, 1998 with the following financial statements, presented in a comparative format: 1. Interim Balance Sheet as of 31 March 1998 and Audited Balance Sheet as of December 31, 1997 ; 2. Interim Statement of Income and Retained Earnings for the period ending 31 March 1998 and the period ending 31 March 1997 ; and 3. Interim Cash Flow Statement for the period ending March 1998 and the period ending 31 March 1997 . Furthermore, FJP's amended SEC Form 11-Q reflects the following revisions on Part 1 Financial Information under Management's Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations: aisadc "There have been no significant developments in the Corporation's financial condition and business since the end of the last fiscal year up to the quarter ending 31 March 1998. During the same period of the last fiscal year, the Corporation had no income from its business operations and had assets valued at about P108 million . In comparison, as of the period ending 31 March 1998, the Corporation had consolidated assets of more than P932 million and earned a net income from its operations, including income earned by its subsidiary, Magellan Capital Holdings Corporation, of more than P8 million .
