September 7, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2075-98 September 4, 1998 PHILIPPINE STOCK EXCHANGE Philippine Stock Exchange Center Exchange Road, Ortigas Center Pasig City, Metro Manila Gentlemen : At the Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of Negros Navigation Co., Inc. (the "Corporation") on 04 September 1998, at 3:00 p.m. at the principal office of the Corporation at 21/F Far East Bank Center, Sen. Gil J. Puyat Avenue, Makati City, the following matters were unanimously approved and adopted by the Board of Directors: 1) acceptance of the resignations of Messrs. Christopher H. Young and Ian C. Wilson as members of the Board of Directors of the Corporation, effective immediately; and 2) election of Mr. Robin Arrowsmith as a member of the Board of Directors to serve for the unexpired term of Mr. Christopher H.
