Accordingly, effective September 16, 1998, our Caloocan Branch shall cease operations but servicing of the said branch's clients' transactions shall be handled at our Head Office to ensure continued response to customers' requirements. cdpr In view of the above, we are surrendering the Certificate of Authority 035-F dated May 12, 1994 issued by the commission.
