September 3, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2052-98 SUBJECT : LMG Chemical Corp. Further to Circular No. 1903-98 dated August 17, 1998, LMG Chemical Corp. ("LMG") furnished the Exchange on September 2, 1998 a copy of SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement) in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on September 22, 1998 , at 3:00 p.m., at the West Room of the Manila Golf and Country Club, Forbes Park, Makati City. Per Bay-Laws, stockholders of record as of September 22, 1998 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, said meeting. The stock and transfer books shall be closed from September 18, 1998 to September 22, 1998 .
