Today, Marsman & Company, Inc. and Gulf Agency Company (Holdings) B.V. signed a Joint Venture Agreement for the establishment of a Joint Venture Corporation known as Zuellig Combined Logistics (Philippines), Inc. The primary purpose of the joint venture corporation is to provide contract logistics and supply chain management services including third party warehousing, distribution, consultancy project management and value added services throughout the Philippines.
