("ATN") furnished the Exchange a copy of its SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement), including its March 31, 1999 Financial Statements, in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on August 30, 1999 , at 4:00 p.m., at the Conference Room 9th Floor Summit One Tower 530 Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.
