Ong Vice President Gentlemen : We refer to four disclosure of August 21, 1998 relative to the special stockholders' meeting scheduled for November 12, 1998 and a cash dividend declaration of Twenty Centavos (P0.20) per share. We would like to clarify and correct that the stock transfer books of the Company will be closed from September 26 to October 3, 1998 instead of from September 25 to October 23, 1998, as previously disclosed.
