Resignation, Removal or Election of Registrant's Directors or Officers This is to inform the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that effective August 31, 1998, Atty. Alejandro Z. Barin will retire and cease to hold office as Corporate Secretary of Alaska Milk Corporation. In view of Atty. Barin's retirement from his office, the Company has appointed Atty. Ramon Esguerra to assume the position of Corporate Secretary of Alaska Milk Corporation and Atty. Zenaida L. Salipsip as assistant to Atty. Esguerra. The Company also appointed Atty. Santiago Pulido as Director of Corporate Affairs and will, amongst other functions, take charge of representing AMC in the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Philippine Stock Exchange, and other similar government and non-government institutions.
