September 1, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2016-98 SUBJECT : Kepphil Shipyard, Inc. Kepphil Shipyard, Inc. ("KSI") informed the Exchange in a letter dated August 28, 1998 that the Securities and Exchange Commission approved on August 24, 1998 its Amended Articles of Incorporation, particularly the amendment to Article I, reflecting the change in its corporate name from Kepphil Shipyard, Inc. to Keppel Philippines Marine, Inc . The change in the company's name will be reflected in the Exchange's computer system (electronic board and ticker) on Wednesday, September 2, 1998. However, the current stock trading symbol of "KSI" will be retained pending further advise from the company on the corresponding change in its stock trading symbol. For your information. (SGD.)
