DISCLOSURE DEPARTMENT Listings & Disclosure Group Philippine Stock Exchange Center Exchange Road, Pasig City RE : Convertible Preferred Shares Gentlemen : Please be advised that in the meeting of the Board of Directors of Swift Foods, Inc. today, the following actions were taken: 1. To amend the terms and conditions of the Convertible Preferred Shares. Specifically, the Commencement of the conversion exercise period (from preferred shares to common shares) shall be revised from "the beginning of the third year up to the end of the fifth year" as approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Exchange to "immediately after the Offer Period up to the end of the fifth year". 2.
