Disclosure Department Listings and Disclosure Group 4/F Philippine Stock Exchange Center PSE Center, Exchange Road Ortigas Center, Pasig City Gentlemen : Disclosure At a special meeting held today, the Board of Directors approved an increase in the capital stock of the corporation from P4,300,000,000 to P5,000,000,000 or an increase of P700,000,000 consisting of 350,000,000 common shares. The shares shall be sold on a pre-emptive rights basis to shareholders as of a record date to be determined by the Philippine Stock Exchange and at a price to be determined by RFM Management. In this connection, the board called for a special shareholders meeting on 16 September 1998 at 10:00 a.m. at the RFM Penthouse, RFM Building, Pioneer corner Sheridan Streets, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila to consider the matter.
