PSE Centre, Tektite Towers Ortigas Metro Manila Gentlemen : Please be informed that at the meeting of the Board of Directors held today, 2 December 1999, at the principal office, of the Corporation, it was decided that the proposed increase in capital stock and asset-for-stock swap between the Corporation and its affiliates approved at the Stockholder's Meeting on, 5 October 1998 be suspended in the meantime in view of a pending review of the Corporation's reorganization and its present financial condition. cdpr This disclosure is being made in accordance with PSE rules and requirements.
