(AJO) adopted the following actions or resolutions: 1) Accepted the resignation of Mr. Ernesto Tongson as director and President, and elected in his place as director and President, Mr. Salvador Martinez; and 2) The appointment of Laya Mananghaya and Co. as external auditors of AJO pursuant to the authorization delegated by the stockholders to the Board during the last annual stockholders' meeting.
