August 9, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1973-99 SUBJECT : Metropolitan Insurance Company Metropolitan Insurance Company ("MET") informed the Exchange that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved its Amended Articles of Incorporation, particularly the amendment to Articles I, II and VII, reflecting, among others, the change in its corporate name to MIC HOLDINGS CORPORATION and its primary and secondary purposes from insurance to that of a holding company. prcd The change in name of the company to MIC Holdings Corporation will be reflected in the Exchange's computer system (electronic board and ticker) on Wednesday, August 11, 1999 .
