Additional Listing The Exchange approved the listing application of GMCR, INC. to list additional 1,841,337,386 common shares, consisting of 1,120,757,933 Class "A" shares and 720,579,453 Class "B" shares with a par value of P1.00 per share, to cover the 1:0.39652622846 Pre-emptive Rights Offering to stockholders of record as of December 17, 1997.
