Marsman & Company, Inc. and Gulf Agency Company (Holdings) has finalized a Joint Venture Agreement and has agreed to establish a Joint Venture Corporation that will provide contract logistics and supply chain management services including third party warehousing, distribution, consultancy project management and value added services throughout the Philippines.
