Grace De Guia General Manager, Listings and Disclosure Group RE : Annual Regular Stockholders' Meeting of Wise Holdings, Inc . (Formerly : Dharmala Philippines, Inc . ) Gentlemen : During the special Board of Directors' meeting held today (August 4, 1999), the Directors resolved to postpone the regular annual stockholders' meeting of the Corporation scheduled on August 20, 1999 to October 22, 1999, Friday, 9:00 a.m. at the Board Room, 5th Floor, Wise Centre, 142 Amorsolo Street, Legaspi Village, Makati City. The postponement was necessitated by the fact that the reorganization/restructuring plans for the Corporation and its subsidiaries which should be presented to the shareholders during the stockholders' meeting could not be completed by August 20, 1999.
