August 20, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1938-98 SUBJECT : Fil-Estate Corporation With reference to Circular No. 1770-98 dated July 29, 1998 pertaining to the resetting of the date of the Annual Stockholders' Meeting of Fil-Estate Corporation ("FC"), FC informed the Exchange in a letter dated August 19, 1998 that it inadvertently stated therein that the said meeting is scheduled on the 30th of September 1998. The correct date that has been approved by the Board of Directors of FC for the Annual Stockholders' Meeting is the 28th of September 1998 .
