(URDI), in its regular meeting on August 2, 1999, approved the increase in authorized capital from PESOS :ONE BILLION (PHP1,000,000.00) to TWO BILLION (PHP 2,000,000.00) and further declared a fifty percent (50%) stock dividend on all common shares outstanding.
