February 23, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 193-98 SUBJECT : Boulevard Properties Holdings, Inc. SEC Approval of Amendment to Article of Incorporation Boulevard Properties Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") informed the Exchange, in its letter dated February 19, 1998, of the approval by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on February 13, 1998 for the change in the corporate name of Boulevard Properties Holdings, Inc . to Boulevard Holdings, Inc . thereby amending the Company's Articles of Incorporation. The change in the corporate name will be effected on the Exchange's computer system (electronic board and ticker) on Wednesday, February 25, 1998 .
